Our insurance requires that every visitor completes a Sunrise Horse Farm waiver/release form, regardless of the nature of your visit, once per calendar year.  Blank releases are available at the farm or you may print a copy to fill out and bring with  you. 

Important for visitors under 18 years old: 

Sunrise Horse Farm must have a current release form completed by the child's parent/legal guardian in order for him/her to participate in any farm activity. If the child is not accompanied by a parent/legal guardian, he/she must have a completed release form with them upon arrival.  Visitors between the ages of 13 and 18 must sign the form along with their legal guardian.
